Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a full-access purchase, request a refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Either of these works:
- Email support@drillcert.com from the address on your account, with the exam you purchased.
- Use the link in the payment receipt email Paddle sent you at checkout.
Who processes the refund
All payments are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your access
When a refund is processed, full access to the associated exam is revoked and the exam reverts to the free tier (50 questions, one exam simulation). Progress and answer history you've already recorded is not deleted.
Outside the 14-day window
Requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Email support@drillcert.com and explain the situation.
