Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of DrillCert (“we,” “us,” the “site”), operated at drillcert.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. What this service is

DrillCert provides original, AI-assisted and human-reviewed practice questions and exam simulations for AWS certification preparation. Every question is original content, never copied or adapted from a real exam.

DrillCert is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc. “AWS” and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, used here only to describe which certification exams our content prepares you for.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save progress, take exam simulations, and purchase full access. Sign-in is passwordless (email magic link or Google). You're responsible for keeping access to the email address or Google account tied to your DrillCert account. One account per person; don't share accounts or resell access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or resell any question, explanation, or other content from the site.
  • Attempt to circumvent the free/paid access gates for any exam.
  • Post abusive, spam, or off-topic content in the discussion sections.
  • Use the site to build a competing product from our content.
  • Interfere with the site's normal operation (e.g. automated scraping at volume, attempting to breach authentication).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including revoking commenting privileges or access to the site.

4. Content ownership

All questions, answer options, explanations, and AI-generated walkthroughs on DrillCert are original content and are copyrighted by DrillCert. Purchasing full access to an exam grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own exam preparation. It does not grant you the right to copy, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from it.

Comments and discussion posts remain your content, but by posting you grant us a license to display them on the site.

5. Payments

Full access to an exam's question bank is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment collection, card data, receipts, and applicable sales tax/VAT. We never receive or store your payment card details. See our refund policy for how refunds work.

6. No affiliation with AWS

Practice questions and score simulations on DrillCert are original interpretations of publicly documented AWS concepts, written to help you study. They are not official AWS material, are not guaranteed to reflect any specific real exam, and a passing simulated score does not guarantee passing the real certification exam.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep questions accurate and up to date but don't guarantee that every question is error-free or reflects the current state of AWS services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrillCert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including exam results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
